How to get support from our Support Teams...

Important
If you are writing to one of the support addresses your request will be forwarded to the appropriate support staff. You will get an answer as soon as possible. Please allow us to take some days for an answer as sometimes we have to contact the programmers or try to test things first. We try hard to provide a good solution of your problem as soon as possible.

Help: I am not getting answers from Support and/or from Mailing Lists.
Possible Reasons

Attention
When you want to get a quick answer from the support teams, you should give us as many details as possible:

  • product name
  • version number (about requester or version command)
  • date of this version (if available)
  • your hardware (Amiga, OS, CPU, Ram)
  • your background task (wbstartup, user-startup etc)
  • your problem

Please be aware that you have to be a registered customer (e.g. you must have send us your registration card) to get support! Please do not send us your registration number by e-mail as this is not a secure way!

Here is a special Request Area where you will find special locale files, docs (mainly German) and add-ons that can only be requested by registered people.
